RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI E-LAUNDRY BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK LARAVEL UNTUK MEMBANTU LAPORAN KEUANGAN

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based E-Laundry information system using the Laravel framework to assist with transaction management and revenue report generation for Laundry Bu Sri Handayani. Prior to the system's development, the recording of customer data, payments, transactions, and revenue summaries was performed manually, resulting in time-consuming data retrieval and input errors. The study employs a Research and Development approach utilizing the Waterfall model. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with the laundry owner, and a literature review. The resulting system integrates data regarding customers, services, couriers, transactions, payments, tracking, and revenue reports. Reports can be generated based on daily or monthly periods or specific dates. Black Box testing was conducted on 21 scenarios across seven main modules, with all scenarios confirmed as valid. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involved nine respondents evaluating ten statements using a five-point Likert scale. The system achieved a score of 427 out of a maximum of 450 (94.89%), placing it in the "Very Good" category. The results indicate that the system helps reduce manual data summarization, structures data more effectively, accelerates access to transaction information, and assists the owner in monitoring revenue. Future development recommendations include adding automated notifications, a payment gateway, and more comprehensive financial analytics.
