PERANCANGAN EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP) DALAM UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN KEBAKARAN DI GEDUNG PERKANTORAN PERUSAHAAN CONTAINER TERMINAL

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health is defined as a protective effort so that every worker and other person who enters the workplace is always in a healthy and safe condition and the sources of the production process can be carried out safely, efficiently and productively. According to Law No.1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety, every worker is entitled to protection for safety in doing his work, every other person who is in the workplace needs to be guaranteed safety and every source of production needs to be used and used safely and efficiently. An office building is a building that functions as a place for people to conduct office activities. Office buildings that have been relatively safe, are actually faced with various risks of emergency hazards such as fire, earthquake, flood and others. From one of the potential hazards that exist in buildings, namely earthquakes, where the need for emergency response plans that have been designed in each building. With this design, it will aim to direct people who are in the building area to save themselves. On the 13th floor of the container terminal company work building, the design of the emergency response plan has been carried out with the results requiring 1 exit door, the time needed to evacuate from the room to the corridor is 4 minutes and to reach the stairs, it takes 12 minutes per person.
