Abstract

In the era of globalism and pluralism, government systems are becoming increasingly important and sensitive. Over time, government has evolved from a monarchical and imperial system to a more democratic and democratic system. However, several years ago, there was a push to understand and develop different systems of government, such as Islamic government. The caliphate, or "deputy" or "leader", is a system of government based on Islamic law and rooted in the Koran. It is the authority of all Islamic countries to enforce Islamic law and spread its teachings. The development of an Islamic government system involves a balance between the government's role in advancing Islam and the government's role in carrying out its functions. The Khilafah is a system of government that is responsible for implementing Islamic law in the world. Different from other Islamic government systems such as monarchy, republic, government and federation. Islamic government has two main functions, namely implementing Islamic law in people's lives and building political and government systems in areas that have been influenced by Islamic teachings. Islamic government is influenced by various social and political factors, such as the influence of the Prophet of Islam Muhammad bin Abi Talib, the Prophet of Islam Muhammad bin Abi Talib, and the Prophet of Islam Muhammad bin Abi Talib.
