Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Kesehatan Mental dalam Buku “Self Healing With Al-Qur’an” Karya Ummu Kalsum Iqt

Modernization has positive and negative impacts on mental health. Modern lifestyle, social pressure, and excessive exposure to social media can trigger mental health problems. Mental health education is considered important because it is the main controller of humans. This study aims to examine the values of mental health education in the book Self Healing with Al-Qur'an. The research method used is a literature study using content analysis. The results of the study show that this book contains mental health education values including gratitude, tawakal, patience, zuhud and dhikr. This finding emphasizes the importance of faith, patience, gratitude, worship, and belief in Allah as the main foundation in the mental recovery process. The implications of this study strengthen the integration between psychological and spiritual approaches in mental health education, as well as providing alternative solutions based on Islamic values to improve mental well-being.
