PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KARYAWAN BERBASIS WEBSITE DI PT TUJUH UTAMA

Abstract

            PT Tujuh Utama is a company engaged in Information Technology and Management services. In its operational activities, the company still manages employee attendance and leave requests manually using Excel and physical documents, which are prone to manipulation and cause delays in payroll processing. This study aims to develop a web-based employee management system to address these issues. The research methods include interviews and documentation studies to analyze current business processes and identify system requirements. The developed system includes digital attendance modules, online leave submission, presence monitoring, payroll data management, and automated reporting. This system is expected to improve managerial work efficiency, reduce data errors, and accelerate administrative processes across the organization. The implementation of a web-based system also facilitates access for all stakeholders and supports transparency and data accuracy for better decision-making. With its ability to present information in real-time and interactively, websites have become a primary medium in supporting digital activities, including the development of web-based information systems (Rahmi et al., 2023).
