This study develops an automatic duck egg incubator based on the Internet of Things (IoT) that applies Mamdani fuzzy logic as an incubator temperature control method. The system consists of a DHT11 sensor, a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, and a Blynk application for real-time temperature and humidity monitoring. The fuzzy logic process includes fuzzification stages, inference using IF-THEN rules, and defuzzification using the centroid method. Testing was carried out to see the temperature stability and accuracy of the system. The results showed that the incubator temperature was successfully maintained in the range of 37°C–39°C and humidity 55%–60%. Accuracy analysis using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) produced a value of 0.578%, indicating that the system has very high accuracy. This system is expected to help farmers in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the egg hatching process.
