PENGARUH KUALITAS INFORMASI PERKULIAHAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA

Abstract

Lecture information quality and adequate campus facilities are two important factors that influence student satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of lecture information quality and campus facilities on the satisfaction of students admitted through the SNBP pathway at Siliwangi University, class of 2023. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of 887 students from the SNBP pathway, and a sample of 195 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that: (1) lecture information quality had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction (significance value = 0.000); (2) campus facilities had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction (significance value = 0.015); and (3) lecture information quality and campus facilities together had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction (significance value = 0.000). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both variables significantly influence the satisfaction of students admitted through the SNBP pathway at Siliwangi University, class of 2023.
