Abstract

Work motivation is an internal and external drive that influences an individual's enthusiasm, commitment, and behavior at work, which has an impact on productivity, performance, and job satisfaction. Educational staff are non-teaching staff who support the educational process through administrative and operational tasks, such as administration, administration, and library. Office services include administrative activities aimed at providing quality services to users, with benchmarks such as satisfaction, efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the Work Motivation of Education Personnel at MTsN 17 Jombang? 2) How is the Office Service at MTsN 17 Jombang? 3) How is the Work Motivation of Education Personnel in Improving Office Services at MTsN 17 Jombang? This research is a qualitative approach research with a case study research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. While data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation (display), and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data uses source triangulation, time triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) Work Motivation of Education Personnel at MTsN 17 Jombang Emphasizes that work motivation of education personnel is influenced by leadership support and a conducive work environment. Support in the form of open communication, awards, and fair policies makes employees feel appreciated. Meanwhile, a comfortable work environment and harmonious relationships between employees increase enthusiasm, cooperation, and productivity. 2) Office services at MTsN 17 Jombang are quite good and organized, with a flow of recording, verification, approval, to delivery of results physically or digitally. Information technology accelerates the process and increases the openness of services. Officers ensure accurate information, routinely update data, and attend training. Service times vary according to the type of request, but in general are quite effective and continue to be improved. 3) Work motivation of education personnel plays an important role in improving the quality of office services at MTsN 17 Jombang. Good service accelerates and simplifies the administrative process. Efforts to improve work enthusiasm are carried out through awards, training, involvement in decision making, and providing appreciation and input.
