ADMINISTRASI MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI (MTsN) 2 JOMBANG

This study is motivated improving the quality of educational services has become one of the main challenges faced by institutions of all kinds, including madrasahs. Effective administration of madrasahs plays a crucial role in creating quality learning environments that respond to students' needs. The study aims to analyze the role of the Madrasah administration in improving the quality of educational services at MTsN 2 Jombang. The research adopts a qualitative approach design, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research informants included the madrasah head, the administrative head, and students. The data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, with the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that effective administration contributes significantly to improving the quality of education services. Areas of focus for madrasah administration include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs. Additionally, effective communication among the madrasah, teachers, students, and parents plays a crucial role in fostering a conducive learning environment. The study concludes that effective madrasah administration supports improving the quality of educational services through structured governance and good communication between the madrasah, teachers, students and parents. The implications encompass theoretical aspects, namely enriching literature on educational administration in madrasas, as well as practical aspects in the form of recommendations for madrasas to improve human resource capacity and develop innovative programs. This study also opens up opportunities for further studies related to the development of information technology-based educational administration models.
