PERAN BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERATURAN DESA DI DESA KIARAPAYUNG KECAMATAN RANCAH KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstract

This research is motivated by the non-optimal role of the Village Consultative Body in the Formation of Village Regulations in Kiarapayung Village, Rancah District, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Role of the Village Consultative Body in the Formation of Village Regulations in Kiarapayung Village, Rancah District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the role of the Village Consultative Body in the Formation of Village Regulations was not optimal, because there were obstacles, namely the lack of initiative in drafting Village regulations, the lack of facilities provided due to limited budget, and the lack of cooperation between the Village Government and the community. This research can make the Village Consultative Body play a more active role, especially in the formation of Village regulations and can provide benefits and more understanding to the Village Government and the community regarding the importance of Village regulations.
