PERAN KELOMPOK WISATA BUBUAY LIGAR DALAM PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI WISATA LEUWI PAMIPIRAN DESA TANJUNGSARI KECAMATAN SADANANYA KABUPATEN CIAMIS

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less than optimal Role of the Bubuay Ligar Tourism Group in Developing the Tourism Potential of Leuwi Pampiran, Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency as a tourism village. This can be seen from several indicators of problems such as road access to the location which is quite far from the village center, lack of tourism promotion, and the absence of a Village Regulation (Perdes) that discusses Leuwi Pamipiran tourism. The purpose of this study is to determine the Role of the Bubuay Ligar Tourism Group in Developing the Tourism Potential of Leuwi Pampiran, Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. In this study, the author used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were literature studies and field studies consisting of observation and interviews. The informants in this study were 7 (seven) people, consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Perhutani, Tourism Manager (two) people and 2 (two) people from the Community. The role of the Bubuay Ligar Tourism Group in the Development of Leuwi Pampiran Tourism Potential in Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency is known to be less than optimal and there are still obstacles related to the development of tourism village potential in Tanjungsari Village. Of the 9 indicators studied, it turns out that only 5 indicators have been running well and 4 other indicators have not been in accordance with the implementation. The main obstacle is the lack of budget, where the budget for the development of the Leuwi Pamipiran tourist attraction is entirely from the daily income of tourism which has not been able to cover all development in the Leuwi Pampiran area so that development is still carried out in stages using the available budget, lack of tourism promotion due to lack of resources and no managers or tourism groups that manage the obstacles, namely the lack of internet access at tourist locations and limited social media tools for tourism promotion needs and the absence of Village Regulations governing Leuwi Pamipiran tourism. Efforts that have been made by tourism groups in developing tourism potential are gradual development to improve road access to tourist attractions by utilizing existing budgets, coordination with related parties to provide training or direction on tourism promotion to tourism groups, tourism managers take the initiative to request a cooperation permit with Perhutani, coincidentally the Leuwi Pamipiran tourism area is located in the Perhutani area. With good cooperation between tourism managers and Perhutani, it is the key to completing the preparation of the Village Regulation and improving tourism management.
