Perancangan Sistem Penerimaan Paket Otomatis Berbasis Internet of Things (Iot) Untuk Mendeteksi dan Mengamankan Paket Pengiriman

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong peningkatan pengiriman paket yang juga menimbulkan masalah seperti kehilangan, penipuan, dan keterbatasan waktu penerimaan. Penelitian ini merancang sistem smart box berbasis IoT dengan verifikasi nomor resi melalui barcode scanner dan notifikasi real-time ke aplikasi Android. Sistem menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP8266 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor HC-SR04, QR scanner, serta motor servo untuk kontrol pintu otomatis. Aplikasi Android dikembangkan dengan MIT App Inventor dan data disimpan di Firebase. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu memverifikasi barcode, mengontrol buka-tutup pintu, dan mengirim notifikasi dengan rata-rata delay 3 detik serta jangkauan Wi-Fi efektif hingga 20 meter. Faktor pencahayaan dan jarak memengaruhi keberhasilan pemindaian barcode. Sistem ini berpotensi meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan penerimaan paket, sekaligus mengurangi risiko penipuan dan kehilangan di lingkungan rumah tinggal.
