Peran Identitas Profesional dalam Adaptasi Mahasiswa Kedokteran di Kepaniteraan Klinik: Tinjauan Literatur

Pendidikan kedokteran tidak hanya berfokus pada penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan klinis tetapi juga pada aspek profesionalisme, salah satunya adalah identitas profesional sebagai dasar dalam menjalankan peran sebagai dokter. Identitas profesional berperan penting dalam membantu mahasiswa kedokteran beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kepaniteraan klinik yang kompleks dan penuh tuntutan. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran identitas profesional dalam mendukung adaptasi mahasiswa kedokteran di lingkungan klinik. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dengan menganalisis 20 artikel yang diperoleh melalui basis data Google Scholar dan PubMed dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2016–2025. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pembentukan identitas profesional serta keterkaitannya dengan kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa identitas profesional terbentuk melalui interaksi antara faktor individu, lingkungan pembelajaran klinik, pengalaman emosional, dan interaksi sosial. Identitas profesional yang berkembang secara optimal berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa, termasuk dalam hal pengelolaan tekanan, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan berinteraksi dalam praktik klinik. Dengan demikian, pembentukan identitas profesional menjadi aspek penting dalam pendidikan kedokteran untuk mendukung kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi lingkungan klinik.
