Business incubators in higher education play a strategic role in nurturing student entrepreneurial ecosystems. This study aims to analyze the role of the Business Incubator of the Business Administration Study Program at UPN Veteran East Java as a student business development platform through a consignment system. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that the program's business incubator actively functions in: (1) providing consignment-based sales space for student products; (2) offering managerial and marketing assistance; and (3) building distribution networks. The consignment system has proven effective in reducing initial capital risk, improving market accessibility, and fostering entrepreneurial spirit among students. This research recommends strengthening consignment regulations, expanding consignment partners, and integrating the incubation program with project-based curricula.
