Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Financial Literacy, Religiosity, and Sharia Governance on students' decisions to use Islamic banking services in the digital era. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 students of Wahid Hasyim University Semarang selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that Islamic Financial Literacy does not have a significant effect on the decision to use Islamic banking services (sig. 0.075 > 0.05). Meanwhile, Religiosity and Sharia Governance have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Islamic banking services. Simultaneously, Islamic Financial Literacy, Religiosity, and Sharia Governance significantly affect the decision to use Islamic banking services. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.564 indicates that the three independent variables explain 56.4% of the variation in the decision to use Islamic banking services, while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
