Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Digital Dan User Experience Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna GoPay Pada Mahasiswa Di Semarang

This study is designed to assess the extent of the influence of digital financial literacy and user experience on student satisfaction in using GoPay services. By collecting data through web-based questionnaires from 67 student respondents, data analysis was conducted using a series of analyses including descriptive statistics, instrument validity and reliability testing, classic assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings reveal that both digital financial literacy and user experience contribute statistically and positively to increasing user satisfaction among students. Therefore, digital wallet service providers can enhance user satisfaction by providing financial literacy education and optimizing the user interface design.
