Adopting an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a key factor for manufacturing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSEs) to improve efficiency and competitiveness in the digital era. However, the implementation process often faces various obstacles that result in system failure, especially for MSEs with limited resources. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and supporting factors for the success of ERP implementation at PT. Maxima Electrical Indonesia, a manufacturing MSE. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with 5 respondents consisting of management and related operational staff, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that themain obstacles in ERP implementation at PT. Maxima Electrical Indonesia include resistance to change from employees and limited human resource competencies in the field of information technology. On the other hand, supporting factors that encourage successful implementation are strong commitment from top management, the provision of intensive user training, and the availability of technical support from the system vendor. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of ERP implementation at manufacturing MSEs does not only depend on the technological aspect, but is also greatly influenced by human factors and management changes. This research is expected to provide strategic guidance for other manufacturing MSEs in mitigating the risks of ERP implementation obstacles.
