Pengembangan Kompetensi SDM Melalui Pendekatan Analisis Data dan Visualisasi: Penguatan Problem Solving, Kolaborasi, dan Kepemimpinan

The digital era demands the development of Human Resource (HR) competencies that are not only technical but also analytical and collaborative. This literature study aims to analyze how data analysis and visualization approaches can strengthen three key HR competencies: problem solving, collaboration, and leadership. The method used is a qualitative descriptive literature review of current academic sources. The results indicate that data analysis and visualization play a crucial role in supporting evidence-based decision making, which in turn enhances the accuracy and rationality of problem solving. Data visualization also facilitates shared understanding and more effective coordination in team collaboration. Furthermore, integrating data with transformational leadership can drive innovation, motivation, and adaptation in a dynamic work environment. Thus, data-driven HR development becomes a critical strategy for organizations to improve competitiveness and effectiveness amid digital transformation.
